Quick Check session storage
The Autopilot Quick Check stores its version, current step, and nine draft answers in session storage so a refresh in the same browser tab does not lose your progress. This is not a cookie, does not contain your name or email, is not available to other websites, and normally ends when the tab session ends. Choosing “Start a new check” replaces it with a blank draft.
Autopilot Mirror browser storage
During a team response, the Mirror stores an unfinished set of answers in session storage so a refresh in the same tab does not lose progress. It also stores a random response key and a submitted marker in local storage. These values do not contain a participant name or email; they help the service recognise an accidental repeat submission from that browser. Clearing site data removes the draft, response key and submitted marker, but does not delete a response already sent to the Mirror database.
HubSpot forms and analytics
Enquiry, optional Quick Check save and Mirror lead forms are submitted server-side to HubSpot when their integrations are enabled. Form submissions may include the request IP address for provider-side form analytics. If you allow analytics cookies, the website loads the HubSpot tracking script and includes the resulting hubspotutk identifier with a form submission. This lets HubSpot connect the submission with visits from the same browser. If you continue without analytics, the forms still work but that browsing history is not linked.
Essential hosting data
Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical request information and may use strictly necessary technologies to operate, protect, and deliver the service. We do not use that information on this website for advertising profiles.
Analytics choice
HubSpot analytics is optional and is not loaded until you select “Allow analytics cookies”. The choice is stored in your browser so the website can remember it. No advertising consent is requested or granted.
Your controls
Your cookie preference is saved in your browser after you choose it. You can clear the site data through your browser settings to reset that preference, or start a new Quick Check to clear its draft. Blocking all browser storage may prevent progress restoration, but the questions can still be completed in one uninterrupted visit.
